Reviewing Invoices and Payments

You can easily check your Store Locator Plus® payments for the SaaS subscriptions as well as WordPress plugins. The Premium Subscription for WordPress plugins is not the same as the SaaS Subscription.

The SaaS subscription provides access to our hosted location maps and directory platform. Our servers host the data and do all the computational work. Your website only needs a small snippet of JavaScript to render an interactive map for your visitors. This allows Store Locator Plus® to run on any web service that can serve JavaScript including Ghost, Joomla!, Shopify, Squarespace, Typo3, Weebly, Wix, and yes even WordPress.

The WordPress plugin premium subscription provides access to our primary WordPress plugins with extended features. This is for businesses running their own self-hosted WordPress sites that use plugins to add Store Locator Plus®. It requires your business to provide the WordPress hosting as well as the required map API keys where Google will bill you directly for map rendering and location lookup.

Keep in mind that these are completely separate systems and have different login locations for each service.

Getting Started With MySLP SaaS

Login to your SLP /SaaS Account shown on our Store Locator Plus Page under the SaaS tab

Add A Location

The initial login should bring you to the main menu for your SLP SaaS page.

If you are not importing or transferring data from another plug-in , go to the Store Locator Plus Locations or Locations Details to add your first entry.

( Note: you need Professional Plan or higher. to import locations)

Store Locator Plus® SaaS versus WordPress Plugins

Store Locator Plus® for WordPress plugins are NOT the same thing as our Store Locator Plus® SaaS service. This article will describe the differences between Store Locator Plus® SaaS versus WordPress plugins.

SaaS

All Store Locator Plus® software updates are handled for you.

There are no Google or other map location service API keys to manage.

Store Locator Plus® bills a low easy-to-understand monthly fee.

WordPress

You must manage your own Store Locator Plus® software updates.

Google requires an API key for all products using their map software. You must create, manage, and secure your own API key.

Google will bill you for every map view and location geocoding request. Rates are on a sliding scale and are different for map views and location look-ups.

Deploying A SquareSpace Map

Deploying a SquareSpace map is a simple process that uses the SquareSpace embed block and a simple My Store Locator Plus (our SLP SaaS solution) JavaScript snippet.

Setting up a SLP SaaS account, adding locations, setting up a SquareSpace account, adding the map, and deploying a site can take as little as 15 minutes.

Upgrading / Downgrading /Cancel or change payment method for MySLP (SaaS) Account

You can switch to a new level of service or cancel MySLP at any time.

Select My Profile from the sidebar menu.

Click on an upgrade or downgrade button for the new level you wish to use.

Log in dashboard, select My profile, Make changes to your account subscription.

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and click on the words “cancel subscription” under the Blue update card button.

Note: PayPal does not support direct subscription upgrades or downgrades. The subscription details will show the total paid for the newest level of service only. It will show $0.00 during the pending process and the accrued monthly amount once PayPal has activated your new subscription level on their end.

Preferred method of Payment is now done through our STRIPE card processing system. All transactions should be done in MYSLP under your profile to ensure proper credit to your account (this includes cancelling).
